Elbow pain? Try this amazing stretch

If you are experiencing elbow pain on the inside part of your elbow, you have got to try this!

Your elbow contains something called the cubital tunnel, which is basically a small passage way that encompasses the ulnar nerve. This nerve supplies both movement and feeling to your arms and hands. This particular nerve runs all the way from your neck, through your shoulder, down the back of your arm and it ends in your ring and pinky fingers. Because that passage way is so narrow, this makes it vulnerable to compression or injury, which happens because of repetitive motion or trauma.
