Want to try a Yomassage breathing exercise?

Curious about Yomassage? Watch the video below to find out what it’s all about PLUS try the breathing exercise to get a taste of what part of a session is like! The breathing exercise starts at about 2:10 if you want to skip ahead to the good stuff.

Each class you are walked through a series of gentle and supported stretch positions utilizing various props, that will be held for 5-10 minutes. While relaxing in these positions, your Yomassage® therapist will guide you through breath work and mindfulness exercises as they provide massage to you in each position. You will end the session having received a full body massage, and a feeling of peace and empowerment.
