No. It is inspired by restorative yoga, but it is not yoga. Yomassageยฎ is the union of restorative supported stretching, hands on massage and mindfulness through breath.

Yomassageยฎ classes are open to anyone, whether you are pregnant, postpartum or a long time mother. Most of these postures are completed on the floor, while being supported with comfortable props, so we do recommend that you feel comfortable getting up and down from the ground.
Additionally, we have many women who love to do Yomassageยฎ with friends and family, some who are not mothers. That is totally fine! We would love for you to surround yourself with your village, even if they are not mothers themselves.

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, much like you would in any movement based class.

You do not need to bring anything. Mats, blocks, bolsters and other props will be provided for you.
