Group yoga class to bring attention, focus and awareness to the pelvic floor. In this class we will work on re-establishing a deep breathing pattern, release upper body and lower body tension to promote a longer and straighter posture as well as connect with the pelvic floor, release and strengthen. This class is great if you are looking to conceive, pregnant, or postpartum, currently having pelvic floor discomfort or dysfunction, or simply looking into maintaining strong pelvic floor health.
