Join Cheyanne at Rooted Birth for 90 minutes to connect to your body and baby with prenatal yoga and a soothing meditation to deepen into this season. Learn tools to utilize during pregnancy and labor.

This class is for all levels, designed for those in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Find connection to trust in your body as it leads you through this season, letting go of any control and tension you may be carrying as you soften your mind and body into the present moment.

We will begin with a gentle yoga flow aimed to create space in your body, stretch and tone your pelvic floor and soften any discomfort you may be experiencing all while connecting to our breath. We will end with supported restorative postures followed by a meditation to lead our body into surrender before we close our practice.
