Sacred Journey Circle at SANM Birth Center

Please join us Friday, March 31st, at 10:30am at San Antonio Nurse Midwife Birth Center for our next Sacred Journey Circle. This is a monthly support group for pregnant and postpartum people.

This month we welcome Ana Flores, from Serene Blossom Wellness. Ana is a HypnoBirthing Educator and full time mama who helps expecting families have a peaceful and serene birthing experience.

Ana will lead a sound bath and guided meditation to call in peace, love and alignment to our seven chakras.
