Join local yoga teacher, Dakota with Pure Prana Path, on the 1st Saturday of every month for Kids Yoga! Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, lots of yoga games, breathing and basic anatomy. Class will be 45 minutes. Parents are encouraged to stay and participate! Tickets are $15, and this class is for ages 3-10 only.
