Join Gabrielle Zabriskie every Friday at 5:30pm! Group yoga class to bring attention, focus and awareness to the pelvic floor. In this class we will work on re-establishing a deep breathing pattern, release upper body and lower body tension to promote a longer and straighter posture as well as connect with the pelvic floor, release and strengthen it. Anyone trying to conceive, expecting, early postpartum or well establish mama should take this class. Anyone, men or women, experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, pain or discomfort should definitely take this class!
