Prenatal Yoga & Meditation with Movement with Chey
Join Cheyanne at Rooted Birth for an hour and a half to connect to your body and baby with prenatal yoga + a soothing meditation about surrender. This class is for all levels, designed for mamas in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Find connection to and trust in your body as it leads you through this season, letting go of any control and tension you may be carrying as you soften your mind + body into the present moment. We will begin with a short meditation to bring ourselves into the body, followed by a gentle yoga flow aimed to create space in your body, stretch and tone your pelvic floor, and soften any discomfort you may be experiencing all while connecting to our breath. We will end with supported restorative postures to lead our body into surrender before we close our practice. Our practice will be followed by information on how you can implement prenatal yoga into your pregnancy to align your mind + body + soul into this season of life.
